This unique business opportunity has been developed because of demand for parent SleepTalk™ training. As a direct consequence of results achieved by parents many have requested training to become a certified SleepTalk™ coach. Meeting the Australian and International training enquiries from around the world is becoming an ever increasing role for the innovator and author of SleepTalk™ Joane Goulding.
For those wishing to apply for acceptance into the training programme to become an accredited SleepTalk™ Trainer there are a few pre-requisites including the previously mentioned training to become a Certified SleepTalk™ Coach.
Only coaches that have been trained by Joane Goulding personally will be able to claim Recognition for Prior Learning (RPL). Recognition for Current Competencies (RCC) will only be considered with a proven and documented training history. Whilst training to become an Accredited SleepTalk™ Trainer of coaches and parents, continued on-line personal support from Joane Goulding will be offered through out the 12 month training period and beyond. Interstate and off shore training can be presented via video link or phone contact.
Preferred pre-requisites for acceptance into the SleepTalk™ Trainers training:
- Current police report
- Certification as a SleepTalk™ Coach with a minimum of one year experience
- Accredited Certificate IV. Assessment and Workplace Training or equivalent
- Professional training - counselling, psychology, teaching, psychotherapy etc.
- Proven business and or marketing skills
- An Ethogram analysis conducted by Zenith Professional Development
The 12 month training will encompass:
- The SleepTalk™ coach training (3 months)
- Set of training DVD’s
- Extensive portfolio
- Workbook, training tapes and support documentation
- CD’s and a Power Point Lecture example
- Free registration and link on the SleepTalk™ Web site
- Referral Web Site link
- Automatic licence renewal and personal support from Joane Goulding*
